Seems like Intel released 7260.HMWWB.R version (.R stands for revised) that "fixes compatibility issues". Maybe someone could test with that card?

I didn't try downloading something for more than 30 seconds but I witnessed the same problem.

Both laptops had some Intel AC wifi cards. Tried it with two different hap AC routers and speeds didn't go above ~25mbit.
On 2.4Ghz network they got much better results.

Any ideas when v7 might come out?

When I receive SMS using some USB GPRS modem, if the message contains special unicode symbols, RouterOS doesn't display message body (message is empty).

Can someone else confirm this behavior? Does it depend on the modem being used?
