Dude 3.6 & 6 compatibility

Currently still running dude 3.6. Upgrading to 6 is on my to do list. I just updated a router to 6.45.9. It appears that I can no longer access that router via routerOS using dude 3.6. I'm fine with that for now being I can still use SNMP. Is there any settings that will make 3.6 able to connect to ...

64 bit counters SNMP

Working with 6.46.4. Looks like when I connect to a Mikrotik device with RouterOS it will use 64 bit counters on the link element and display speeds > 4.2G correctly. However, using SNMPv2c and connecting to an IBM switch it looks like it is still using the 32 bit counters. I can do a walk in the Du...

Does the dude support 10G interfaces via SNMP. I'm trying to build a link between two non routerOS switches. This is a 10G link. Seems like the dude link type is still using 32bit for speed. Also, is there a way to use the ifXEntry SNMP OID for my port polling instead of the old 32 counters? Running...

ROS is stock, haven't tried to remove any packages yet. Being this project is targeted at the home user, I could take a few things out like mesh, radius, MPLS, etc. That would save some more room. It is VERY touchy. You will have to make your own image and really work with it. I've been messing with it for a few days on a RB751 with a small web server and PHP. I may have finally gotten a stable version. I have been keeping some notes as I worked on it and may try to contribute to the wiki if ...
