Winbox shows 1 CPU, so only one core configured in your VM settings.
What RouterOS config you have? Firewall, NAT, any other config? In any case, 50% CPU usage is normal.
there is no Firewall and queue
in first pic I configured 4 core , 50% usage = 6.5Ghz

50% is little usage. You still have 50% unused CPU resources. You could route much more traffic.

Hi normis
High Cpu usage is the main problem
why CHR with 4* 2.8Ghz Core uses 6.5Ghz for 2Gbps traffic
when CHR with 1*2.8Ghz core uses 2.5GHz for 2gbps?
both of them shows 50% in winbox

You can use the ability to include configuration scripts (RSC files). In there, use the commands:

"/user add name=other password=other group=full"
"/user set 0 password=difficultpassword group=read"

or something along those lines

Your question has little meaning without more detail.  What kind of environment is this?  What is the purpose...are you trying to tunnel your internal network to an IPV6 broker because your ISP only provides IPv4 at this time?  Or just trying to set up a VPN server to listen on an IPv6 address?  No...

Re: RB2011uias-2hnd good working LTE solution?

Double NAT is a problem of the E3372, not the router.  The device should offer a setting to disable the built-in NAT but it doesn't.   There are directions on how to put different firmware making it a serial device that can run PPP but it is a complicated procedure. First question - you said multiple times that all hosts have "valid IP." What does this mean? 192.168.39.147 is a valid IP.... I had assumed that you meant that all hosts have PUBLIC (globally routed) IP addresses - was this wrong? Your rules all reference nat states. Secondly, it's redundant to sp...
