Winbox shows 1 CPU, so only one core configured in your VM settings.
What RouterOS config you have? Firewall, NAT, any other config? In any case, 50% CPU usage is normal.

why CHR with 4* 2.8Ghz Core uses 6.5Ghz for 2Gbps traffic
when CHR with 1*2.8Ghz core uses 2.5GHz for 2gbps?

Doesn't work for me either. Neither by full name, nor wildcard.

P.S. Also, why is this matcher added to NAT rules? There's no info about TLS hostname in TCP SYN packets :)

It's weird. I got it up running once. It showed up under /interface lte

But then I had to unplug the device, and now its not showing up again.

Have tried reboot router and unplug a couple of times without success.

Ok maybe he has to be more careful in selecting a router then. I never use this "usermanager" and "hotspot" stuff so for me the only license level difference is between level 3 (for wifi devices that are only usable point-to-point) and higher levels (that can do anything I want)...

I had replace a lot of ubnt radios with LHG and gain was between 10-30dbi better than ubnt in the same spot. It's a winner for me. Not to say most of them didn't even had LOS. Router OS  does not support ipv6 assignment on any VPN protocol
I have pptp server running on RouterOS providing IPv6 connectivity to its clients. I'm not sure if this is the goal of the OP, or even if this is what you're saying is not possible.

if you use pcc load balance its per connection balancing  when you test your internet over speedtest.net  it just use 1 connection for test
you must use  a test link and download it with idm (internet download manager )

This is normal, what you see there is the "remaining TTL" in the resolver cache, which is counting down to zero.
