you are right the egress rate and ingress rate is enabled on the crs326, I will disable it for the test, and send you both support files after the speedtest is done

there are no ethernet errors on either switches

I had the same issue, and disabled “allow Remote requests” under ip - dns

That fixed it for me

still problems with ingress rate limit on crs326, when set to 135m ingress I get around 100m on speedtest.net, on the 200 pieces of crs226 ingress rate works, when set to 135m I get 130m on speedtest.net but it has improved since 6.40rc66 where when set to 135m I only got around 30m on speedtest.net...

CSS has a different OS and does not support LCD. It only has SwOS on it, so there are no optional routing capabilities like in the CRS.

is it possible that you have used system backup tool to copy config from one to another, because, when you do that it also clones the Mac adresses, under the ethernet interface, just hit the "reset Mac-adress" button and that should clear it
