Feature request: Automatic Unack and more Ack options

Please implement automatic Unack when status changes from Down to Up and doesn't change back for some time. For expected downtimes it would be nice to have Ack options with time limitation. When selected time pases, the Unack would be triggered automatically. For example: Ack for 15min, 30min, 1h, 6...

Feature request RouterBOARD upgrade mechanism

Please add this important feature to the RouterOS upgrade system as it's missing.
As of now, I'm using a Tool batch file which I can't run on multiple devices at once.

Also, as IPsec uses UDP, won't the addresslist be filled constantly regardless if the tunnel establishes or not?

Thanks Aleksandar
I m using PCC load balancing is this method work in PCC?
It will work with PCC LB. Also, try using ZeroBytes suggestin with the interface list. It does simplify things a last bit.

Re: Feature suggestion: Check gateway when using DHCP client [SOLVED]

You can use routing filters to set check-gateway, routing-mark and other parameters for DHCP routes: /ip dhcp-client add default-route-distance=33 interface=<name> /routing filter add chain=dynamic-in distance=33 set-check-gateway=ping set-distance=1 Distance 33 is just some unique value to identif...

Feature suggestion: Check gateway when using DHCP client [SOLVED]

Hello, as the topic suggests, some ISP provide the internet link using DHCP and in RouterOS it's not possible to set the option "Check gateway: <ping/arp>" on the default route added dynamically by the DHCP clent. Therefore if the lease time is set high on the ISP DHCP server and the ISP gateway isn...

It might be an inductor (3.9 uH) but if the noise is the only problem I wouldn't be worrying much about it. https://www.eevblog.com/forum/projects/hissing-inductor-cores/ After seeing the picture, it is certainly a 3.9 uH inductor, and that module looks like a switching DC/DC converter... From the notation, that is a 3.9 Ohm resistor.
Interesting. If true, can you think of any reason why it creates this noise? Picture attached.

Require information about electronic component of RB1100AHx2 [SOLVED]

Dear all, I've got a RB1100AHx2 for which the warranty has expired. However, it's fully functional and has never been used in a productive environment so you can consider it as almost new. Now, there is some hiss noise coming from the RB (high frequency noise) once powered on and on load this noise ...

Another data point: Upgrading to 6.38.5 seems to cause this behavior pretty to occur reliably for me on multiple platforms. Downgrading to the bugfix 6.37.5 fixes the issue. Glad you could resolve your issue. Still, if downgrading to the bugfix has resolved it would be nice if you could let support...

Hi, I have a Mikrotik in pseudo bridge mode, connected wirelessly to a non-RouterOS AP, with a virtual WLAN2 for wireless connections on this side of the bridge. remember when you doing your calculations you then need to make sure you have enough ram. Lets say PCQ-TOTAL-LIMIT=x RAM required = x*(2000Byte+200Byte) (2000Byte buffer for 1 packet. 200 Byte service data for 1 packet) Ram required = 51100KiB*2.2 = 112420 Kib = <112.4 MB Ram required if you have 1...

Firstly instead of limiting traffic on the port change the target to the lan subnet ie 192.168.88.0/24. Re: v6.37.4 [bugfix] is released!

I have upgraded a CCR1016-12G with this version and no issues so far. The device is configured with PCQ load balancing over 8 internet lines and PCQ queue for the client lan. So far no issues and the upgrade wen't smooth togather with the routerboard firmware upgrade.
