Is CHR seeing the SFP interfaces as optical or just as copper eth?

I want to know if there is any way of telling the optical power and/or the info about the optical interfacse in the sfp ports

Desktop enclosure for RB953GS-5HnT-RP

I wander if anyone have seen something like that.
I'm looking to integrate 2 x LTE modems in one unit, aggregate them to increase throughput.
Obviously the case has to come with 4 extra SMA size for the LTE antennas otherwise I'll put the drill at work :)

The only thing I could think of is, as I've said, the overall power and power per port that your switch needs to handle. Also, the temperature. Have you checked if your switch gets hot? Even if the specks say the switch puts out 1A / port, think that it can't put more than 2A overall. The power adap...

When doesn't work, check the ARP and compare MACs. If different than what they should be, delete the dynamic ARP entries.
If you have a bridge set a admin MAC address.

syslog doesn't work like that...
you need a syslog server to receive all your messages and then send you reports via email.

if you want email notifications you can create scripts and run them with scheduler.

I would ask for a different subnet for the second link and use two default routes with cost 1 and cost 2. If they set you up with a wireless backup to your existing fiber one, I bet the both terminate in the same router, assigning a different subnet to a second interface won't be that painfull. cheers

If you don't have a mesh network use static routing (IP -> ROUTES).

Thanks for the reply, but as i understand it, to run 3 yagi antennas i would need another Routerboard, is that correct?
My current RB600 level 4 has four radio cards, and i'm running 3 sectors from it already.
use a daughter board - RB604 or use high power radio with a 3 way splitter

there are too many config setups which you can use. they all have good and bad points you only need to find the one that suits you.

I can't see why a ppoe client can't connect to a ppoe server in a routed network if you have the routes set up properly.

use "area" option in your APs and CPEs and limit your clients to connect only to some APs, in case you don't have a "mobile" type of setup.
Use "access list" and limit your CPEs to connect to only few or one AP.

you jumped from 23 dBm(TX Power) + 18dBi (antenna gain) to 24dBm(TX Power) + 25dBi (antenna gain)
my advise is replace the SR5 with CM9 or R52 and your link will work just fine, probably better than before.
