What's the red sign for the processor of a router ? utilization above 50 or 75?

Assigning different functions for interfaces

Dear friends,

Currently my Microtik Router is running on a single bridge and whatever I change like running hotspot or queuing, it effects all the interfaces, I would like to separate my interfaces in order to use them for different tasks, how do I achieve this?

Thanks in advance.
