You are right that there could have been two ways to adjust the inaccurate setting for some users. We chose to adjust towards compliance, not towards incompliance. How can this be achieved without setting the remote router in bridge mode?

Thank you very much guys. Problem Solved.

In user manager I added static IPs in constraints for all customers. Added dsnat and SRC-NAT rules. The public IP thing I will figure it out later. For now this works.

either you choose random ports on your Mikrotik's public IP, and forward them to customers' routers' 172.16.x.x WAN addresses, or you just charge a premium for routable public IP addresses and assign one public IP address for each customer who wants a public IP badly enough to hand over the $$$ to ...
