Re: Traffic-type load balancing with LTE interface

I've found the cause for my issue: The DHCP Client created the default route, I disabled it and my initial routing issue was resolved. At the moment I'm struggling to get VoIP working over the LTE interface.I disable eth1 (ADSL) and enable LTE with LTE routing and NAT configured. Browsing & emai...

Traffic-type load balancing with LTE interface

Hi all, Hope you can help. I also think I've found a bug, but let's see. I have an office setup with ADSL that's really inconsistent. So I decided to get a second LTE WAN interface. The routing should work something like this: IF ADSL UP and LTE UP: route over LTE -> VOIP traffic and the rest over A...

Re: Problem with Huawei E3372 4G modem

Have anyone had problem connecting Huawei E3372 modem using powered hub? Modem can not connect to internet provider when in hub. It is visible as usb modem in mikrotik. Are you using RB2011 by any chance? I'm also struggling to get this working -> http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1...

Re: RB2011-2HND-IN + Huawei E3372H in hilink mode

I have a similar issue - no LTE interface in interface list for E3372 on RB2011. Modem works on laptop. Plugged in to microUSB port using mikrotik supplied microUSB to USB cabled. When rebooting RB2011 modem light is solid blue indicating connection and prints in resource/usb. RB2011UiAS-2HnD ROS v6...

Re: IPsec vpn Site-to-Site

Why do you allow only established, related traffic to be forwarded? When you have that rule, you also need one or more rules for new traffic that you want to allow, below those, or else nothing will go through! It is in the manual, if fasttrack is enabled, and I'm not sure if it is enabled. So I tri...

Re: IPsec vpn Site-to-Site

I'm not sure what thoughts you are looking to receive... You have not provided any information thus far that can help in determining your problem and a solution. I'm not going to start guessing at what your problem could be, maybe someone else will be more willing to play that game. If you want to ...

Re: Small Home/Office setup

Hi guys, Thank you for the input! You were right (off course)- VLANs were not required. I read somewhere that it was a good idea and went on a rampage trying to make it work... lost some hours of my life, never to be retrieved. Anyways, the office is now setup, albeit a bit different than my novice ...

IPsec vpn Site-to-Site

Hi ! I'm struggling to get site-to-site IPsec configured between two sites. Both the RB2011UiAS's are behind WAN routers (TP-Link(ADSL) and Ubiquity (WIFI)) in a DMZ configuration.  I followed  the Mikrotik Manual , including the NAT'ing parts. It seems that the both the RBs are communicating and I ...

Re: Complicated VLAN setup

Hi Stefan, you can see my config a few posts above this I haven't had time to do much since. Is there anything in particular you would like to ask about? I'd be happy to help. David Thanks David, I had a look, but with the additional advice received after the export I'm not sure what to keep and wh...

Small Home/Office setup

Hi. Need some guidance with a home office setup please.  I have looked at various web content (some good, others not so) but I'm still not sure what is the best approach.  What I want to achieve: The network description: office solution.png Objectives: 1. Office, Home and VoIP networks cannot commun...

Re: Complicated VLAN setup

Hi David,

I'm a mikrotik noob on a mission to setup a home office network on my RB2011UiAS. I've been trying to setup VLANs (home(wan),office(eth+wan),voip(eth)) with not much success.
Would you mind sharing your latest setup?

Thanks a mil!

Stefan
