please show us exactly how are you testing this. We get full speed on much higher distances by using same testing tools.
make sure that testing PCs has enough power, if possible run test in multi core mode, use multiple streams as well.

out of box devices are configured as transparent bridge (think of them as replacing existing cable). Addresses are static and you won't be able to access devices by using IP address if you are not in same subnet (traffic will still be passed through this wireless bridge). we try alignment many times but this is best, why rssi not below -49... whats your suggestions for this distance ?
Signal is fine. is this PtP or PtMP setup? Is latest version used on both sides? Are devices mounted on fixed / stable pole?

All links works stable in heavy snow in Poland, our customers have 400mm and 600mm alu dishes. They use ros 6.42.11, 6.43.8 is not stable... what exactly is not stable? thank you for replay when test it it put frequency=auto and no connection ?? what you think about it "auto" does not include 66000...

If you are using Wireless Wire kit - devices are pre-configured as transparent bridge and this usage case will work without any extra configuration.
In your case devices has not linked together, check if power is supplied to both of them.

Those signal levels are too low for such distance.
What RouterOS version are you using? Are the dishes perfectly aligned?
