use rb951 and configure it for queuing and bandwidth distribution between hardware like making PPPOE with specific speed or any other rule you find better.
RB951 is perfect for configuring as a hotspot

As I said before, DynaDish wont work for 45km, maybe 20km. Use mANT30 and Netbox AC. Netmetal only has metal case. ur right bro.i have not tested yet that distances due to close geographical areas in my country and i would suggest to use sleeve30 for better performance especially weather conditions
