The only mistake you could do is to badly design your network or misconfigure your devices. Maybe you did both errors? There is a "backdoor" (actually well known feature not a backdoor). Use superchannel as frequency mode and make sure that your radio is set to the channel allowed in your country.

What if I use routerboard in the country that does not requires use of DFS (eg. Uzbekistan)?
