I recently noticed that I get auto logged out of my MT devices very rapidly while using the WebFig interface. I can also force a logout by using a browser refresh.

is it possible to extract the config from an unexcrypted backup file? Problem is that I can't connect to a maplite via ethernet (configured as WAN) but only via WiFi and forgot the WiFi password. I made a backup but did not export an rsc file.

just noticed that on 2 of my 3 MT devices all Service Ports are flagged invalid (see screenshot). Why is that? RouterOS version is 7.1.3, RB4011 is ok, hAP ac2 and hEX S are not.

To whom it may concern: it turned out to be an MTU issue on the FortiGate using a PPPoE wan type without properly reducing it to 1492. Funny thing was we saw tcp connections between peers but the tunnel did not come up.

Well, the idle-timeout parameter did not work at all on those systems. The tunnels were disconnected even if there was active traffic sent over the tunnel. I was pulling my hair out because of this!.... Me too, especially because I just saw it on some of my connections to a specific CHR but not all.

What I want to do is to ping an IP address and have the result (host is reachable or not reachable) be written into an SNMP oid, so I can monitor it.

Internet Detect Feature stopped working

Hi,

the Internet Detect Feature has stopped working some days ago, the Interface fell back to WAN. It used to work fine but now it isn't. Using the Packet Sniffer Tool I can see tx traffic to cloud.mikrotik.com (159.148.147.229) but no replies. Is it just me? How would I troubleshoot that?

Downgraded to 6.46.5 after seeing RB4011iGS+RM reboots without any entry in the log file or any external cause. Never seen on this device before.

Updated all MT devices to 6.44. Now in Winbox Neighbors view the devices are no longer represented by their Bridges Admin MAC Address but by the MAC Address of the respective ethernet interface. This is not what I wanted, so the question is: is it a bug? Can I get the "old" setting somehow?

Strange. Isn't a torch via winbox and via webfig supposed to deliver the same results? Because I just noticed that it does not. Torch via webfig just shows two lines (see screenshot Torch2). Device is hEX S, ROS is 6.43.8, same interface, roughly the same time.
