Proxicast makes a tiny device cellular modem bridge called the PocketPORT 2. You can plug just about any USB cellular modem in one end and an Ethernet cable into the other end. My solution was a 12 to 24v step up power supply.

I happen to have one of those on hand for use with a printer requiring 24v DC. I'll also give it a try with the RB952 router.
