That’s very strange.

I’ve submitted bug reports via support tickets and found Mikrotik to be very responsive and easy to work with.

Maybe you can try cancelling the original ticket and resubmit a new one?

I also should've asked, have you tried using a different PC?

If yes, then the next step might be to try reinstalling RouterOS using Netinstall...

I'm happy to report that as of RouterOS v6.38, the Pantech UML295 is now fully supported as an LTE device.

I have one working perfectly in the USB port of my hAP ac Lite with Verizon as the carrier.

Proxicast makes a tiny device cellular modem bridge called the PocketPORT 2. You can plug just about any USB cellular modem in one end and an Ethernet cable into the other end. The Verizon Pantech UML295 USB LTE modem should work just as soon as RouterOS v6.38rc14 is released. It used to work, but something broke after ROS v6.35.4.

I had similar behavior with a brand new hAP ac lite (RB952) I recently installed. The problem turned out to be a faulty 3rd party voltage regulator in a power adapter I was using. My solution was a 12 to 24v step up power supply.
I happen to have one of those on hand for use with a printer requiring 24v DC. I'll also give it a try with the RB952 router.

Also, the unit should have come with a 24v 1.2A supply - I've found that the "ac" units have issues with 12v power. I have several hAP ac's that also reboot from the watchdog timeout if they aren't getting enough power. I think you nailed it Dave! I'm a full-time RV'er and had the router ...
