First, get rid of the bridge because you don't need it.
Second, it's possible you don't have a route on the second RB to the 192.168.88.0/24 network
You'll need to login to it and add a route to it. The gateway will be 10.0.0.1/30.

I'm not experiencing sporadic reboots and it's not experiencing any issues on boot, either.
Prior to my upgrade, I was on 6.38 firmware, I believe.
