We are serving more than 750 client in rural area in india and have 95% of mikrotik network . Routerboard , x86 , switches and wireless devices .

We have total two firm and one to start in city area .

Yes , I think he did great research for what he did or paid someone who know how to do that . You can find some solution on internet or find someone .

First bridge all interface
Put your wan on ether1
Create pppoe server on ether2
Create Masquerade rule in NAT

Hello

You can use eoip tunnel to connect two mikrotik device . Any other tunneling can work fine . Configuration depend on which tunnel you decide to use . You can fine very detail in wiki .

If you enable log you can see drop packet related log in mikrotik log manu .

And I don't understand what you mean by "the package is going on "
