Re: PoE - chain of several devices

That's moo much both for first hAP ac PoE out capacity (700mA, at 24V that's almost 17W which is max power draw of a single hAP ac) ... and for original power adapter, rated ad 1.2A which is almost 29W, less than two hAP ac units combined may draw. Okay, I will try to change the power supply of the...

I need to simulate bad channel. I know how to drop random packet, change QoS randomly by scripts and scheduler, but i don't know how to increase RTT?
Does anybody changed RTT on RouterOS?

Re: Asymmetric routing

I found a part of answer...
I change RP filter to strict and everything was working as before.

RP filter default is 'no'.
But how did it work before with the default setting?

Re: The Dude, v6.37 [current] release.

Some variables in notifications seem to be missing, for example :
[Service.Status]
[Service.ProblemDescription]
I have 6.37 (rc42) and some notifications have been changed:

[Service.Status] = [Device.Status]
[Service.ProblemDescription] = [DeviceType.ProblemDescription]

Re: Change encoding for E-Mail notification

RouterOS does not support any encodings actually. Only A-Z and 0-9 can be used in most places.
Thanks!

Change encoding for E-Mail notification

I have a problem with encoding for email notification. Cyrillic symbols do not display correctly, for example notes for device. Most likely the reason is that emails are sent in us-ascii encoding, by default and i have no possibility to change it to UTF-8.
