6.45.3 was posted 3 days ago so mirrors should be in sync by now. /system package update check-for-updates comes with the same message also.

It is actually posted in main site also as the current release

Re: Auto upgrading RoS with single pagkages installed

Strange, it does not seem to work from 6.45.2 to 6.45.3. Actually it does not even detect there is a 6.45.3 version available. It comes with a "System is already up to date" message.

PS: Using CLI or Winbox, still the same message in quite a few different mikrotik systems.

Fasttrack connection is extremly slow

I am experiencing in a CRS1xx and a CCR1016 running ROS v6.42.4 the same exact problem, when fasttrack-connection is enabled both devices start to speed up at first but after a few minutes slow down extremely very much. Both have a very similar set up like this: /ip firewall filter add action=accept...

Re: v6.43rc [release candidate] is released!

I wonder if there will ever be a *nixbox as well. Would anyone know if there is any mac telnet client for *nix systems that works with ROS?

Re: v6.43rc [release candidate] is released!

I have upgrade my SXT LTE (band 3,7), from ROS 6.42.3 to 6.43RC27. But after upgrading... I can't get access to my SXT LTE. Wrong username or password message. Device is on tower so, difficult to reset device. What is the problem? Try to recover with MAC telnet if possible. I had the same issue and...

Re: v6.43rc [release candidate] is released!

How do you watch the space of your default drive? I can't seem to find this anywhere. I can tell from the backup file as it gets larger and larger every time that there is something wrong with the space but how do you know the consistency and reliability of the rest of your files? /System check-inst...

Re: v6.43rc [release candidate] is released!

And, keep "current" a bit more regularly. Running such old versions is a security risk, that is widely known in all of the software world. Security risk is really not as important as functionality and speed to me in some installations as those old versions are not accessible. I was actually forced ...

Re: v6.43rc [release candidate] is released!

I did test upgrade from 5.26 to this version. Just for testing. Everything went well. Upgrade failed for you due to configuration or something like thta. In general it works just fine. Nothing worked for me either when I upgraded from v5.26 straight to 6.42.3 and I tested it in different platforms ...

Re: Problem with a dual nstream [SOLVED]

The official Mikrotik response to this issue was that nstream dual is no longer supported in latest ROS versions and they have no plans to do so in the future. I hope this may save a few people some time trying to fix a known and broken ROS feature. This broken and obsolete feature should have been ...

Re: Problem with a dual nstream [SOLVED]

Sorry about that. This is just a typo error. It actually is 1.1.1.2/24 (I have edited the real IPs/MACs and changed them).

There is no firewall anywhere. This is the whole actual configuration.

Problem with a dual nstream [SOLVED]

I am having the following issue with a dual nstream network. I upgraded from v5.26 to v6.42.3 and the dual stream link stopped working so I reset to factory defaults everything and reconfigured both end points from scratch. I followed the how to guide as described (https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Nst...

Re: BGP and ROS 6 problem

UPDATE

After using v5.26 for a long time only because of this BGP serious issue for me, I decided to try an upgrade again. It seems the problem is solved with v6.42.2 however the problem still remains with the bugfix release v.6.40.8.

Re: backup, critical error creating backup file, ROS 6.42.1

I am getting the same error here after upgrading a couple of old v5.26 installations to v6.42.1. Some of them do not have it but others do.

Netinstall is not a good solution, it is a disaster if you have quite a few remote installations.

PS: Sending the supout.rif
