Or is this too simplistic?

1. Create a backup of the existing settings,
2. Reset the switch to factory settings,
3. Run the upgrade,
4. Restore the backup.

After much hesitation, I upgraded my RB4011 from 6.48.6 to 7.4 using "Check for updates" at /system package and the upgrade went very, very smoothly.
Fortunately, a netinstall was not necessary.
Everything is running fine.

I have the same issue.
Every xx day the router reboot out of the blue, without any reason.
The log start with "router rebooted without proper shutdown" and there is no support file generated.
As workaround I have disabled the 5GHz and that looks to help.

After the upgrade cycle (upgrade,reboot,firmware,reboot) the 5GHz Wi-Fi of a RB4011 stop 1 day later to work, a extra reboot solved the issue.
Also upgraded 2x RB2011 and 6x PL7411-2nD.
No errors found so far. :D

In the original post I see a screenshot from "Interface <vlan10>" where you have "Use Service Tag" enabled.
