Re: TR069 with FreeACS

By the way one of my lab routers upgraded from 38.1 to 39rc20 via tr069 and Tr069 client stopped working. Shows enabled but doesn't send any 1 Boot anymore. Previous post author probably believes that MT should develope better ACS. We could not find open source acs flexible enough and it wasn't a bi...

It could be useful for us too.

If You have pap in Hotspot, PPP and dhcp radius supported why not in login?

Re: CCR 1016 can not pass netbios between interfaces

If you have bridged two interfaces newbies traffic should go through without any problem.

Maybe you turned on firewall for bridge?

Your Radius doesn't answer in time. Increase Radius timeout.

Re: changing default configuration

There's a way. It calls Branding maker. You have to request it from support. Is a web based tool which allows you to create a package with DPK extension. That package contains your default configuration you invent and some other things. Once you upload it to MT it will have your default configuratio...

Re: Freeradius and Mikrotik-Rate-Limit

I do return from Radius to mikrotik AdressList parameter, so RoS adds IP of user to that list

And than I apply mangle marking, queue tree. You may use conditional mangle rules, for example different connection marks in a day and at night and than traffic will flow through different queues

Re: Queue Tree 2xbridges

Queue tree is not bidirectional (if you use it) So you have to have two root queues Upload -upload lan -upload wlan Download -download lan -download wlan In case of queue trees you have to use mangle to mark connections and than their packets By default firewall is off for bridges Go to Bridge - set...

Re: Hotspot Issues with strange IP changes.

You've got universal NAT client enabled. Go to your Hotspot server /server profiles / user profiles remove address pool to none and that's it. To apply turn off on Hotspot server or reboot router.

Re: TR069 with FreeACS

We've built our own tiny ACS for plug and play provisioning of CPEs the only one thing I miss now is turn upload / download files (Hotspot HTML files or binary backups back forward via TR069)

You can customize MT HS very well, just, setup your APs in bridge mode because Hotspot in MT works over layer 2

Re: DNS attack but I have a DNS name server to protect

You could add addresses to address list based on content encountered rate you belive is excessive

And in rule above you may tarpit requests coming from any ip of that address list or simply drop them.

Re: Feature requests

Hello it would be good to have optional Radius servers round robin rotation, not only from top to the bottom. And in Tr069 we (in our configuration) feel like router identity would be useful information in inform update requests. If that attribute would be writable that it would be easier to change ...
