From 172.10.10.0/24 you can access 192.168.1.0/24? If this is true what if you try a trick NAT 172.100.100.0/24 through one of the IPs 172.10.10.0/24 to 192.168.1.0/24, so you will see where to look for the miskate, on your side or other side.
