I agree about the previous person 😁 So are you saying I should reduce the power of the radios if their 10-15db to hot? There on default power settings at the minute but this can be changed I assumed? Thanks With 15db reduce you are near the point the link begins dropping because of to low signal

I am powering a hAP AC from a Cisco SG250 (SG250-08HP). Works like a charm, although it should not work by the datasheet.
Hap ac is active POe capable HAP ac Lite is not

GSW-1600HP is the switch i prepared with this setup.
Still, you can buy adapters or you buy a UBNT PoE switch which supports passive PoE as a port option.
Mikrotik has equal switch.

There is no comment from Mikrotik so you have to life with that „features“ I do not want to live with that, I will return it to my supplier for warranty :o :o :o :o 8) That is what we have done..... We build new Tower not with Mikrotik, there is no Business Case, 12 Month and no solution!
