For example, a customer can use 1 giga in 24 hours than internet stops

If you forgot your password can you reset the router. If you have made a backup stay this stored on files. With netinstall you loose everything and you must reconfiguring the router. The MIBs are indeed not to be in the directory Mib. But in the root.
I also not know the proper procedure.
Mikrotik must learn to make at to provide good and clear documentation.

Have you set the country settings? on your country.
Go to "wireless" double click on de wlan device and below klik on advanced.
Look if the coutry settings are good.
Go also to "new terminal" and write "export" copy and paste the result on this forum

I want to upload mib file to the directory mib.
This in "files" Ultra (USB stick) but it failes.
I can see the MIB file in the root of the Ultra USB stick
But can not drag to the directory Mib.
How do I add it?
