If you need to power 802.3af/at device, somply provide a voltage between 50 to 57V
If you need to power only MT devices, you can provide only 24V

Re: Help adding option3 to static lease via command line [SOLVED]

you must assign static IP leases to the devices (what you already do) and change simply the IP,
and on next renewal change automatically ip and gateway (for conntrack is better than change gateway oinly...)
OR set a static IP directly on the machine ;)

Wireless Protocol: any ???
Must be 802.11 if you want use it with your standard-802.11-non-mikrotik-only devices

and about
Band: 5GHz-only-AC
this make the 5GHz compatible only with ac devices, and if you have non-ac but n only device (or a only), do not connect.

Use a VPN for this, it's like someone is ordering pizza for you and bringing it to you after the courier delivers it to him.

(Obviously if your Router have already one Public IP address, there are no prblems)

Until you can open port(s) on ISP router, is all feasibile.

If you can not open port on ISP router, you can only instaurate VPN FROM MikroTik to another device with Public IP or DDNS.
