Yea - can't ping it.
I turned it off yesterday when I was having strange network problems.
I will turn it back on in a few minutes.

They are usually really good about responding in one or two work days.Hello,
How long does it take for MT tech support to respond?
I created a request a month ago but still no response.
Try it again , I just cleared out the Address-List of recent testersWell, this is getting fun. I have now blocked 176.0.0.0-201.0.0.0. Sorry for the inconvenience to the rest of my fellow testers.
Best
I don't think CAPsMAN supports area-prefix. It is supported in Winbox. Can't find area-prefix in CAPsMAN configuration and there is no connection-list as well.
One reason I did it this way is that I suspect the remote ISP location was doing something funky with their MTUs to the point that normal 1500 MTU on a tunnel would never pass.I can't argue with results, of course. :) But I wouldn't expect that to be the best solution.
rianda08thanks a lot tom, this is what i realy need.. hope this last long :D
really helpfull
msatterYou could consider Class C+ gpon from FS. It has a temperature range of -40 to 85 Celcius, normal is 0 to 70 Celcius.

FYI - my post prior to your post is about the 207.32.194.24 btest server. But that is possible a couple of week out still.Hi guys. Anyone knows 1 gbit server for bandwidth test?
p.s on 207.32.194.24 can only get 92-95mps
Greetings back to you from North IdahoThanks and greetings from Croatia
Thank you for your post.Hi Tom,
Just tested my 100/100 Mb/s fiber connection .
I was getting 99.5Mb/s constantly both ways.
Greetings from South Africa
I just rebooted the btest server.seems like 207.32.194.24 doesn't work anymore
What is a NETERRA bandwidth server?Hello everyone,
Do you know what's happenning with NETERRA bandwidth server?.
It seems that is down, almost since february.
Thanks!
can you ping the btest server ?Is the bandwidth test server down? The last successful test I ran from two different routers on three different WAN connections was Dec 28.
You tested on my server ?So, now at 17.11 i have tested my speed through your test server and it worked.
tx
korg
and using the Mikrotik ROS btest to measure bandwidth between both Mikrotiks ( btest WAN to WAN , not through the VPN/tunnel ) show near 1-Gig in both directions between both Mikrotiks ?Yes both are full gig and they speed test as such on speedtest.net
If you post your WAN IP address, I can check the btest server and see if there is something stuck in my auto-updating queues and fw auto-timeout rules. Not working for me now, the other btest server that you linked in your original post works.
My bad for not reading the complete article - lolLifting mechanism, yes
Dan - you're a good manThanks Tom, I did browse through many pages trying to find the latest syntax but apparently missed it. Works great now, really appreciate it.
