1:1 NAT set up?

I’m trying to set up a 1:1 NAT for a single client. Their LAN IP address is 192.168.102.109. Their public IP address is 69.165.166.225.

In Firewall-NAT, I’ve set the following:
Chain: dstnat
dst address: 69.165.166.225
in.Interface: pppoe-out1
action: dst-nat
To Addresses: 192.168.102.109

Chain: srcnat
src address: 192.168.102.109
out.interface: pppoe-out1
action: src-nat
To Addresses: 69.165.166.225

Is this right? If not, what should I be doing?

Maybe try the netmap action instead of using src-nat and dst-nat.
netmap would be used in both directions, so it replaces both src-nat and dst-nat
