1:1 NAT

I have a private IP address of 192.168.1.3/32. I have a NATted static IP address of (1.1.1.1). The traffic to the static IP gets sent to 192.168.1.3/32. Which rules do I need to get my Mikrotik to accept traffic as the static IP? I set the static IP as an IP address but it doesn’t seem to accept traffic that is sent to the Public IP via the private Ip address. Any suggestions on accepting on behalf of the static IP address, and using said IP For outgoing traffic?

Anyone have an idea?

I have one, try a better description. I read it several times and I’m still not sure what are you doing, if it’s all just one router, or if public adress is on another. Try to describe all involved networks and all details you know about. You should have better luck then.
