1) Queue Types. 2) Userman (Inc. Radius) HELP

I have a 3.18 ROS
I use 2 interfaces Public(WAN) & Private(LAN). I connect with pppoe-client and give my customers with pppoe-server (DHCP is disabled)

First: i would like to ask anyone who tells me what queue type suits best my system. When changing with queues i notice that the rate of download (ex 128k) becomes faster or slower with the user, or sometimes it exceeds 128k if it was the max limit. What can i do or how do i choose the queue type (or how to check latency on every queue type i choose) ??

Second: i have a problem concerning the usermanager. when adding a user to connect (pppoe-server), i add limit for example and everything is working fine but the problem is with the user sessions. For example user named “ppp1” can connect several times (i know how to do it with pppoe profiles, but im concerned in userman). Is there any configuration that i am missing ??
