I’ve a 5.4ghz link with two rb532 with cm-9 radio. When i set country to italy I can’t use 5ghz turbo mode. It is aviable on with no_country.
Is this a ETSI regulamentation limit or a mikrotik decision ?
Araya product perform 108mbit turco mode also in italy.

Airaya use turbo following ECC decision of 12 november 2004.
You can use 40MHz bandwidth but there are some limitations on tx power output.
For your reference from ECC document:
that in the frequency band 5 470-5 725 MHz, the indoor and outdoor use of WAS/RLANs stations shall be restricted to a maximum mean e.i.r.p.1 of 1 W and a maximum mean e.i.r.p. density of 50 mW/MHz in any 1 MHz band;
Mikrotik have only to update regulatory domain on 5GHz-turbo band.
