I buyed a 1100AH about 2 Years ago, and don’t use it till now.
Now use it as a Edge router and some time it shutdown automatically without any error. after some test I think it’s about heat, when the environment get hot about 30 degree and CPU about 57 degree it fail and shutdown automatically. is there any advise?
I have a RB800 and work in same environment and work great when CPU heat is about 80 degree!

You use pppoe with default-encryption profile?
No i don’t use pppoe, it’s connected to a Router.
I tried to completely reset the configuration and run device with default config and only connect it to my laptop for test, the problem persist.
Is it a 12v power supply you are using, have you tried a higher voltage psu
I use the original one that shiped with box, not tried anything else.
You think that the power may solve problem?
What is the voltage rating on psu : if 12v try 18v or 24v : maybe fans are not running at full speed?
It’s 12v, I will test 24v
and there is no fan inside box, i think about assemble a fan on the cpu but there is no fan connector on the board!!!
Oops didn’t notice the omission of fans in the photo, attached is screenshot of one of my RB1100Hx2, which running at 27.1 Volts, temp 28º, CPU 30º, you mention no fan connector so no fan speed control, I would if using 12v connect fans in parallel or if using 24v connect in series, to test if the issue is CPU heat?
