12 or 18v battery on LHGG LTE6 kit

Hello,
can I power a LHGG LTE6 kit with a car battery 12V or a drill battery 18v 1.5 AH?

The Short Answer is YES.

The Device can be powered with 12-57 V and need ~8w of Power.
But you need Battery-Protection : To protect againt over drainage / over-discharge.
And you need LHGG-Protection : To protect againt improper shutdown
