160Mhz AC wireless?

Hey guys, I finally got around to ordering an RB4011 with wifi. It’s an international version, being used in a controlled environment. The building is 100% isolated from all outside RF. I’ve spent the better part of today trying to get the damn thing to use 160Mhz channel width. The 5Ghz radio is set to Superchannel, no_country_set, but my rf scanner is only seeing 80Mhz. The client is an Intel 9560, which supports 160Mhz. The RF analyzer shows the channel at 5500 to 5580, while it should be 5500 to 5660.

Any ideas on what I’m missing?

Most likely, you will not see 160MHz on any other device either, this is a very wide channel and can rarely be used in “one piece”, so you can set up a 80+80MHz setup, by enabling the “extension channel” setting (extension-channel=XXXX).
