1Gbit negotiation failure in hardware switching secenario with vlans for rb750r2 (hex lite)

Hello,

unfortunatly all of ports of my rb750 negotiate only to 100MBits.
Accorting to interface setting in WinBox all ports are configured to auto negotiation and allowing 1Gbit.
I’m sure that my master rooter where rb740 is connected to and all other devices support 1Gbit.
All Cables are all new CAT6 shielded cables with maximung lengt below 10 Meters. Problem appers even for the short 1 meter cable.

Is there a limitation of the switch chip Aheros 8227 which is used in my rb750 which prevents from using 1Gbit ?

Hex lite doesn’t have gigabit ports.

As jarda said, it’s a 10/100 switch.
There is a Gigabit version - the RB750Gr2
