1Mbps all clients linked error 2.4ghz XR2

Hi! i have a problem in many of my Routers. Basically the error is in Mikrotik XR2 cards when all clients: linked tin 1Mbps/1Mbps!!! and not TX! Then of a certain time that fixed automatically. But when this error ocurred any config not solved the problem.

It could be noise. Try changing the channel and also check your ack timing settings. Maybe cables and connectors for moisture, some clients have quite low signals.
