1wan is pppoe clint and bridge 2nd wan

I have two connections. one is pppoe and one is network of other isp. I want pppoe connection is mange by mikrotik but 2nd isp network pass as it is. I also want hotspot configration. All networks out by same port

I am using mikrotik rb750gr3
