When you set the country of a wireless interface to Hungary there are only 9 channels (2412 to 2452 MHz) available.
But the Hungarian regulations according to this document: http://english.nmhh.hu/dokumentum/364/broadbanddatatransmissionwithwirelessdevices.pdf enable all 13 WiFi channels (2412 to 2472 MHz). Are there any reason you made the upper 4 channels unavailable?
So 2452Mhz + 20Mhz = 2472Mhz
When you set 2452/40Mhz, it means it use the spectrum from 2432-2472.
Also, if you set eC instead of Ce you can also see 2472 because extension channels is moved below.
