2.4GHz very slow on hAp AC lite

Hi everybody,

I have the Mikrotik hAp AC lite.

ISP provides 100mbit and I use Mikrotik as bridge.

Speedtest on Ethernet is almost 100mbit
Speedtest on 5GHz is almost 100mbit
Speedtest on 2.4GHz is between 10-20mbit which is really slow!!!

I don’t understand why. Any ideas?

Without seeing any config …

Use wireless scanner (go to wireless interface, there is a button there to do this) to see how many other radios are sending out on that 2.4GHz band.
The more you see on the frequency you use, the less throughput you will have.
Highly likely you are not the only one.

On 5GHz chances are higher you will be “alone” (so no interference, hence better throughput).
