I was looking for a multi-gig managed PoE switch with at least 8x 2.5G PoE ports and a 10G uplink port.
Does Mikrotik have a 2.5G PoE managed switch with at least 8x 2.5G PoE ports and a 10G uplink port?

No,
Mikrotik does not have a 2.5G PoE managed switch with at least 8x 2.5G PoE ports and a 10G uplink port, yet.
Newest CRS310-8G+2S+IN is 8x 2.5G and 10Gb SFP but no POE.
POE version might become available (or not) but nobody will be able to tell when.
Mikrotik usually does not reveal such info until the device is released.
If mikrotik releases a poe variant of the CRS310-8G+2S+IN we will buy hundreds of them. @Normis do you want to share if this might be in the works?
After the lessons learned of the CRS354…
YOU BUY ONE OF THEM. You beat the hell out of it and make sure it keeps working. Then after you shake out any “undocumented features”… you buy a few. Once you test those… then you move on.
If you open up the new CRS310, you’ll see lots of interesting stuff related to POE on the circuit board…

We’ve had real good luck with the css610 and the crs112 but then again we’ve been surprised with other mikrotik products in the past.
And still no 2.5 POE?
Yes, It’s on the road.. S009UPr+XPr-S+ New Mikrotik Hardware showed in MWC 2026 - #59 by whatever
But it’s not the same board inside as the CRS310-8G+2S+IN. Having had to open one (to put the loose heatsink back in place), I too was curious about the unpopulated components, will we see the PoE version later or was it cancelled? Also what is the reason for the big round hole in the PCB, like (maybe, just speculating) to fit inside an outdoor case?
