2.9.10 and bridge problem

Hello,
i see little problem. I upgraded to 2.9.10 on rb532 and the bridge interface is not showing tx/rx rates and after some time the traffic is stopping to go throught the interface. After reboot the traffic flows again for sometime / half a day.
Anyone else see same problem ? What to do ?

Ianek

In some routers we have the same problem… but traffic passthrough without problems. We are using 2.9.10

dito here… as written in another thread here…also after reset to factory defaults…

Seems i found solution. Simple disable and enable bridge interface… suddenly winbox shows rates and traffic go through for day now …
Same in 2.9.9

The problem still persists…

exactly the same problem here, it’s bad but still after nearly two years with mikrotik i can honestly say this is the first time i have a problem with their software

upgraded to 2.9.11 and everything is well again

Recently upgraded from 2.9.7 to 2.9.11, experiencing the same problem with bridges..

could you tell more detailed what exactly doesn’t work with the bridges in v2.9.11?

Well i dont see the rx-tx rates in the interface box = it is not big problem.
The problem is i tried to switch to ospf and ospf dont ‘see’ all ip addresses included in bridge interface. When i disable enable the bridge via terminal - not winbox , it is ok. But after reboot - same problem.
Strange is that it appear only on few rb532 , some newer i got it is ok …

Ian

same to me… (my rb532 is from dec05) but it’s enough e.g.
i have wireless bridged to eth1 and bridge1 has an ip .. i i move ip to ethernet (that i can stay connected via winbox) and then traffic is shown on bridge interface then i move back ip to bridge and its still shows the traffic…
until next reboot :frowning:(
that traffic is not shown in winbox is not really the point.. it’s also not shown in the graphs :frowning:

All problems gone with 2.9.12

OK.. i'll check it tonight

done => it works... good job
