Just wanted to report difficulties in seting up IPSec on 2.9.10 on the RB532 and freeswan/openswan. For 3 days I was unsuccessful until I downgraded to version 2.9.8 which I had previously used in another RB so I knew it works. Immediately it worked.
I did manage to establish a VPN on 2.9.10 however it would not pass traffic and the tunnel rekeyed every 40 seconds. Packets wer econtinously discarded by the policy as recorded in the logs. Once the downgrade was complete the VPN worked and has worked flawlessly since then.
