I found that the user profile “RATE LIMIT” at MT hotspot are not working in condition.
I can see the user can hit over there limit set in the profile. Especially for those that using routers to share their accounts!
any idea??? 
Just to be sure: are you monitoring traffic on incoming or outgoing interface??? On the incomming you will always see unshaped traffic!
I looking at the real time traffic Tx/Rx Rate under the HotSpot Active user.
so, is that rate accurate?
