*) fixed bug in routing-test package;
What bug? Don’t know wether it makes an update neccesary.

it mentions a bug, it’s not actually a “problem”. it’s hard to tell what problems a bug caused, probably different kinds. if users report problems, we look for causes. then a bug is found, fixed and this solves the reported problems. usually one bug can cause many problems, but it’s not possible to tell what problems as configurations are many.

Hi Normis,
what I wanted is some feeling wether to update or not (some sort of
severity-Information) That’s what release notes are for.
“fixed a bug” is no information. I know there are bugs. Even a good programmer
makes at least one bug every 4k of source code.
So if you say it’s “not actually a problem” it’s a bug which not likely kills
one of my ap’s. So I’m happy and do not touch my running systems.

Hi,
found the wireless-crd package. Gives me two countries for
the additional frequencies in germany. Thanks MT
(waiting for the A-TP stuff in 3.0 to have the full power ).
But for some short shot’s it’ll be real helpful.
To change to the new frequencies with winbox you’ve to
select a band with frequencies which are available in both
“countries” e.g. 5GHz-10MHz, select the new country and
then select 5GHz again. So I see the 5 frequencies in upper
Band.
What I’m wondering. I tried this with a R52h and saw
24db outputpower with 5-24MBit (ok) but I saw lower
power at higher speeds.

R52h should have enough power to give 24 at 54Mbps too ??
