2.9 rc 7 CF image

Hi all,

Apologies if this has already been asked but I have searched to no avail..

IS there a 2.9 CF image (like there is 2.8 CF image ?)

Or is the only way to get 2.9 onto a bare bones machine (without CD drive) to install 2.8 CF image, get a licence (which I will have to do anyway) and net upgrade to 2.9.

I have found another similar thread..
There is (as we know) 2.8 CF image, which I have put on the CF card.

Can I upgrade to one of the 2.9 versions - by FTP before I buy a licence ?? Not that it really matters as I will need the licence anyway.

you can’t upgrade anything that doesn’t have a license. maybe simply use Netinstall to install 2.9 directly, without using a cf image?
