2 card Wireless repater

I have RB912UAG-2HPnD-OUT (Basebox 2) with additional mPCI wireless card (Atheros AR9300). I can’t create wireless repeater with pulling DHCP from source router. I’m succesfully connecting to existing network on wlan1 and broadcasting second network on wlan2 but cannot connect to it. Tried creating DHCP Server and then Relay to source adress but it’s not working. I can’t use WDS there.

wlan1 → connect to existing network
wlan2 → redistribute network

Use station bridge for wlan1. Set administrative mac address to bridge1. Remove dhcp server and all ip settings and set dhcp client to bridge1.

I have to set Admin mac addr. in bridge1 to itself?

Yes.

So MAC Addr. of bridge1 is set by default to ether1. And still I can’t get IP on other devices from DHCP.

I noticed that wlan1 refuses to connect to existing Wi-Fi network when in station bridge mode. In station or station pseudobridge it’s connecting to the existing network but devices still cannot connect to mikrotik network.

I propably should say that my source router is not a MikroTik router.

It really can be the reason that the ap is not a mikrotik device because standard WiFi implementation does not provide bridging functionality. Think about changing the ap to mikrotik or about running masquerade nat at the client wlan of your repeater (home gateway mode with wlan1 as wan interface). Or to run wire…
