2 Client one SSH local or forward and another NAT

HI , I need your help
First cannot use VPN i need mange by SSH forward or local and NAT .

I have 2 client , Client A and client B , Client B Need to use Client A port 35484 TCP and cannot use VPN and need use SSH so mikrotik has SSH for local and remote . i try several ways but cannot manage it . mean Client A connected by SSH and show as local and Client B can connect By NAT and use port 35484 TCP in client A .

if you have any idea please help me
