2 different routers possible to extent wifi signal

Hi

I have a mikrotik routerboard 951-2n and a billion 400G wireless-G ADSL router connected to a omni Antenna.

Is it possible to connect the billion and omni antenna to the mikrotik router and have the billion and omni Antenna to extend and make the wifi signal stronger im wanting to allow neighbors to connect to my wifi like a hotspot.

Is this possible and how?

Tell us how you intend to connect them together, with ethernet or wireless.

If wireless you can use WDS.

I dont mind i can connect either way eithernet or wireless whatever works!Just need to know how the process works.
