Hello…
I have 2 dsl lines in my mikrotik 450g router .
I want dsl1 to be used only by one machine(exchange server) of my local subnet and the other dsl for all others. Any help ?

Add default gateway to second ISP, which will be used for the entire network.
Set policy-routing, add routing-mark to /ip firewall mangle for the exchange server,
add second route with gateway and routing-mark to /ip route.

Please can you be more specific with the things you told me ? I’m new to all this mikrotik Stuff 
I have managed only to have Internet to my whole network within the second dsl line with masquarade and a static route .
Is this ok ?
