i have 2 gateway 1 gateway with filtering other no filtering
i want send via gateway 1 with filtering and received via no filtering
i want received data from no filtering gateway but with filtering

Not possible. You cannot send requests for data out of one connection and have the data come in from a different connection. Network do not work that way.
Unless you have two BGP feeds
I’m going to just do a service similar to satellite service
