2 hours per day difinition and every day at 12:00-14:00

i want create a user can use 2 hours per day.
and
i want create a user can use every day at 12:00-14:00.

please help.

Use a profile for this user, with a fixed IP, and do a filter queue with 0Kb outside 12:00h-14:00h.
